  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging and documentation.
  • Custom-made, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same conditions as returns.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect.
